- Relocation of Beachfront Pick-up/Drop-off: Any request to relocate the designated beachfront pick-up or drop-off location must be submitted in advance to our sales and reservation team. Such relocations are subject to availability, tidal and weather conditions. If additional transfer vessels are required, extra service charges will apply.

- Additional Passenger Capacity & Transfer Services: Groups exceeding 20 passengers require an additional longtail or large tender boat for safe operation. All related charges including pier access fees, beach access fees, and boat transfer fees shall be borne solely by the client and paid directly upon service delivery.
